New Technology applied to Real Estate

Okay it isn't new technology so much as a new application in BC-we are now set up so that people driving by our listings can text to a number on our sign and get all the details, pics, etc sent to their phone. It should be great as we get a ton of people calling while sitting outside homes wanting to view as much info as possible.  Apparently only a few realtors have signed on so far but I think most will eventually-it is a great extra exposure for listings!
