Should I buy or Should i rent in Vancouver's current market?
Well my blog of Aug 25th asked a slightly different question but the meaning was of course the same-I love it when I espouse a position only to have it confirmed by independent, non-realtor sources, just days later....anyhow, for those who missed the blog, here is an article with quotes from several "experts" explaining as I tried to, why it makes a lot of sense to be buying now.....and they didn't even get into the whole issue of the tight and insanely expensive rental market in Vancouver.
